I have an extensive background in Bodybuilding, having competed and achieved remarkable success since 2010. My accomplishments include winning titles such as NABBA Miss World Trained Figure, USN Bodypower Classic Champion, WBFF Figure Pro, and Miss Northern Ireland Trained Figure, among others.

Throughout my journey, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge, drawing from both personal experiences and coaching individuals of diverse ages and medical backgrounds.

The Vegan Way

I had previously been a vegetarian for almost 18 years and then I added in white meat and fish for roughly 5 years. The thought of eating another living being just didn’t sit well with me morally so I decided to try the 30 day vegan challenge in 2019 and I have been vegan ever since!

It’s the best thing I have ever done both physically and mentally I feel much healthier, stronger, have faster recovery and I also know I’m doing my part to help both the animals and the environment around us. You just don’t know until you try and i will make the switch to a more plant based lifestyle easier for you.
