This 4-week plan is a basic introduction for anyone new to the gym environment and unfamiliar with the equipment and how to use it correctly. I will guide you through a full body routine using various exercises including dumbbells and resistance machines to target all main muscle groups and give you a foundation to build on. In your workout plan i have also given you links to my YouTube videos showing you exactly how to perform the exercises along with how many sets and repetitions. If you want to move forward in your fitness journey this plan is for you!
